Ways To Gain Confidence

1. Celebrate big and small wins

Think about how far you’ve came. Everything you have overcame in your life. All the accomplishments you have made in your life. Those are all wins!

2. Be around people who make you feel like YOU!

You should feel comfortable being yourself around your friends if not you need new friends. Friends that inspire you to be better than you were the day before. Friends that have your best interest. Be around those people.

3. Treat your body well.

Your body image does matter because if you don’t have a good relationship with your body than how do you expect to be confident? The first thing you do when you wake up is look in the mirror. If you don’t like what you see you need to change it. Stop holding it off too. Discipline yourself. I’m telling you that you are going to feel so much better about yourself.

4. Never stop boosting your confidence.

Boosting your confidence never stops. Sometimes I’ll walk past a mirror and say “dang I look good”. Boost yourself sis. No one can boost you more than yourself. It helps build your relationship up with yourself!

5. Look up to confident people and learn from them.

Look at people you respect and learn from them. Don’t copy them just look at certain traits you can take back for yourself. Look at successful people and you’ll notice certain things that they do that shows they are confident.

6. Work on skills you need to win that matters the most to you.

What skills can you work on that will ultimately improve your chances at winning? If you know what is then do it. Everyday you should try to do at least 1 thing to get closer to whatever you want to do in life. Everyday is a day closer to being where you want to be. Take advantage! Everyone has the same 24 hours it’s what you do with it that makes a difference.
